Who do you coach?

When clients contact me they are often seeking peace, balance and a healthier way of coping with stress in their professional and personal life.  I work with my clients on stress management, mindfulness, meditation, self-care, relationships, work-life balance, spiritual growth and any issue that may be keeping them stuck.

What to expect?

The relationships I have with my clients are unique and are grounded in trust, respect, and confidentiality. It is my firm belief that each person has the answers within themselves. My role is to be a supportive listener and a compassionate witness to your experiences.  I will ask thought provoking questions to raise your awareness, enabling you to think differently and stretch outside of your comfort zone.  As your guide, we will explore the practice of mindfulness and meditation and its benefits.  At the end of each session, we will set concrete goals and make any necessary lifestyle shifts to support you on this transforming and exciting journey.
